About the firm

Who we are

Crest Corporate Services is a corporate administration firm based in South Africa. We provide the administrative backbone that businesses depend on: payroll and paymaster services, payment administration and financial administration, delivered with accuracy, discretion and care.

Our clients range from local businesses that want their administration handled properly to international principals that maintain a staff complement and operational presence in South Africa and require a locally established firm to administer remuneration and operating expenses on their behalf.

We keep the model simple. Clear mandates, funded disbursements, full records and monthly reconciliation. Our clients always know where their money went, when it went and why.

What we do

Services

Payroll and paymaster services

We administer and process payroll for your South African staff complement, disburse remuneration on the agreed pay date and remit PAYE, UIF, SDL and other statutory amounts by their due dates. You remain the employer; we handle the administration.

Payment administration

Settlement of operating expenses against valid invoices and written instructions, from premises, insurance and utilities to IT, professional fees and supplier payments, with supporting documentation retained for reconciliation and audit.

Records, reporting and reconciliation

Full and accurate records of all funds received and disbursed, with a monthly reconciliation covering receipts, disbursements by category, fees and balances.

Business and executive administration

Day-to-day business administration, executive support, supplier and contract management, invoicing and accounts payable, so that operations run smoothly while you focus on the business itself.

Built on twenty years of operations

Crest is led by its founding director, a business operations professional with almost twenty years of experience across administration, events, branding and professional services. That background covers the full breadth of what keeps a business running: financial administration, accounts payable, supplier and contract management, governance documentation, company registers and process improvement.

This is the difference between a payments processor and an administrator. We understand the operational context behind every instruction, we keep documentation in order before anyone asks for it, and we treat our clients' obligations, to staff, to suppliers and to the authorities, as if they were our own.

Discretion is part of the service. Much of our work involves remuneration, personal information and commercially sensitive arrangements. We process personal information only for the purposes of the services we render, in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, and we maintain confidentiality as a matter of course, not as a favour.

Engagements are governed by a written service level agreement so that scope, fees, timing and responsibilities are recorded from the outset and there are no surprises on either side.
